Twelve women whose leadership has made a difference at Iowa State University will be honored on the 2023 Women Impacting ISU calendar.
Sherry Boschert, award-winning journalist and author of “37 Words: Title IX and Fifty Years of Fighting Sex Discrimination,” will visit Iowa State on Feb. 7, 2023, as the 35th Mary Louise Smith Chair in Women and Politics.
Karen M. Kedrowski, Catt Center director, recently published “The Equal Rights Amendment at 100 Years: History and Current Issues,” a curriculum for Iowa high school students.
The Legacy of Heroines Scholarship Program welcomed both returning and new scholars for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Five undergraduate student interns are supporting Catt Center staff for the 2022-2023 academic year, and four student voting engagement champions spent the fall preparing for the 2022 general election.
