The Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Politics held its year-end dinner on April 24 to honor the 11 affiliated students who earned their degrees from Iowa State University.
Nominations are being accepted for the 2020 Women Impacting ISU calendar through Friday, Sept. 27, until 11:59 p.m.
On April 1, investigative journalist Florence George Graves visited Iowa State University as the 2019 Mary Louise Smith Chair in Women and Politics. She discussed sexual misconduct in politics and her investigations that led to the forced removal of an elected official and legislation.
The Catt Center is accepting applications for the 2019 Carrie Chapman Catt Prize for Research on Women and Politics through Nov. 24, 2019.
