- You will see a welcome message and conversation starter buttons like:
- Help me discover which job activities feel the most fulfilling.
- Help me figure out my core values and how I can use them at work.
- Help me learn about what makes me feel most alive at work.
- Click a starter or type your own message to begin.
- The GPT will guide you through a conversation in three phases:
- First, it will ask open-ended questions about your values, motivations, and interests.
- Second, based on your answers, it will ask follow-up questions to help you reflect further.
- At the end, it will summarize what you’ve shared and suggest a few career directions or themes.
Tips for a great experience
- Have fun, but be honest and reflective.
- Take your time with each question. Pause to think before replying.
- You can ask the GPT follow-up questions like:
